I must tell you.... the 'updated' pizza crust is awesome. If you use her original pizza crust recipe (on her blog or food.com)....this one tops it. One tweak makes an amazing difference. While her original pizza crust recipe has always been a favorite of mine, I've been searching (about 7 years) for that gf perfect crust. I found it. Family members (who can eat gluten) love it.
Due to sorghum intolerance, I use her flour blend with brown rice flour option for other recipe favorites.
Buy it!!This is a purchase you won't regret:)
