It has made me realize what a scam some of the companies that produce "healthy" foods are running. I bought "gluten-free" ice cream, which costs more and tastes awful, thinking I could never eat real ice cream again. Thanks to this book, I discovered that almost all flavors of Baskin Robins ice cream are gluten free. I also discovered Jason's Deli. There is one close to our house, but I had never eaten there. The had the best gluten-free bread I have eaten. Tastes almost like real bread.
Coming from Australia not knowing where to get Gluten free, my husband is a sensitive Coeliac. So this book help a lot
