Following the directions for the mix will be a bit lacking. This can be remedied one of two ways with different results. Adding an extra egg will create a very tough crust tho unoffensive in taste. Or you can add a whole stick of butter which will make it a bit flakier and of course butter makes everything taste great.
Was not quite as flakey and tender as I would have liked, but think that was due to me over baking just a little bit. Delicious flavor and will buy this one again!
