Organic buckwheat flour, organic sweet potato, water.
Bring a pan of water to a rolling boil. Remove paper tie and submerge noodles in water. Bring back to the boil then reduce to a medium heat. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes only. Do not overcook. Drain noodles in a colander and rinse well with cold water.
