-100% gluten free (great if you have celiac)
-made with evaporated cane juice
-160 calories for every 3 wafers (thats a lot )
-VERY SOUR ( to the point i started to tear down ). i can drink lemon juice , eat lemon cake , lemon mousse ,make my own lemon ice cream however somehow the sour of this wafer caught me by surprise ( and not in a good way )
- BEYOND EXTREMELY SWEET . i enjoy being able to avoid gluten but not at the cost of getting diabetes. way too much sugar . they need to cut it down by at least half if not more
-first all you can taste is sugar ( as if you just took a spoon and ate plain sugar ) than you get hit by the sourness of the lemon. i honestly couldnt taste much of anything else .
-weird texture , it turns into powder in your mouth ( which to me was unpleasant )
-no nutrition ( zero vitamins or health benefits )
now the company has a few products certified by th non gmo project , not this one so i will leave it to a question mark .
note ( not a pro or a con , just for information) : Product of Israel
i usually buy other products from glutino ( which i enjoy ) sadly this one was simply not for me . i was very disappointed
overall , i applaude them for making their product gluten free but the formula need to be re think . less lemon less sugar . i would like the flavor to be more "delicate" in my palate instead of attacking my senses aggressively .

The cream in the middle is confectioner's sugar and palm oil mixed together. The cookies are nauseatingly sweet. Absolutely terrible.Published 5 months ago by Customer
