Of course these cookies don't taste like OREOs. They're made from alternative grains, without the high fructose corn syrup, trans fats, and everything else that makes OREOs taste good and give you cancer. For gluten-free cookies, these are very yummy.

My gluten intolerant, multiple food allergy son loves these cookies on their own as a snack. They are also, however, wonderful to use in dirt cake! When ground, their color is a little lighter than that of Oreos, making his dirt cake easy to distinguish from that of others. As a bonus, they aren't as sweet, so his isn't as over the top as everyone else's. Using these creates a fantastic gluten free dessert!
