I like this cake pan just fine. It is not coated in some non-stick finish. Not a problem for me. The very first cake I made with it slipped out with ease eventhough I coated the inside with butter (no flour) and not pan spray or oil. I was very pleased with the resulting cake. I believe there is a non-stick option for those who want/need it.

I cannot recommend this Baking Mould enough.
I bought countless of Savarin/Rhum Baba mould to replace my battered Tefal which is no longer manufactured. I finally succeeded at finding a valuable, unbeatable one. Now I can let go of my old mould which has done its time. Very happy with this purchase.
