This story brought tears to your eyes and pain in your heart but also HOPE. She write about real life and struggles to 'fit in" and be who people think you should be and how we grow in our walk with the Lord. But this doesn't mean all will be well. He stretches us and Kasey's story is a story of stretching and growing and hurt and healing

Kasey, I read your book in one day. I was touched by the tragedy and drawn to your example of faith. I'm passing your book on to a parent who recently lost a child. Thank you for sharing, for being honest. --David Telbat

God Enough changed the way I looked at things. I read it while facing a hurdle in life and there was this one part where the author says she ran like a crazy girl, crying, running and offering praise in the middle of her heartbreak and something clicked. I needed to run like that too. Before reading that I'm not sure my heart got what my head knew. It's okay to be messy in front of God and others, just do the hard things like praising and concentrating on his word. There are so many other places that stuck with me. She's spiritually "fit" not perfect. I compare her to Jillian Michael's, she takes God seriously and tackles tough issues with honesty, zeal, humor and grace. Every part of her story is like a spiritual workout video! Before you know it your wanting the same for your life, same way i want Jillians abs! Thing is, what she writes about anyone can do. Godly council, faith, tenacity, hope. I read the book never having lost a child and it didn't matter. We've all lost something. We all need to know that God truly is enough! I'm forever blessed by her story!

My precious friend, Kasey Ewing, will bless you beyond words with her newly-released testimony of God's goodness. Her story is a crushing, yet comforting & victorious confirmation of Psalm 126: The Lord has done great things for us; we are glad...Those who sow in tears shall reap with shouts of JOY. Thank you, Kasey, for sharing your story for God's glory. I praise God for your life!

When one is experiencing a TRIAL...it often hurts so much and we feel alone...this book needs to be read and thought about through LARGE eyes...the PAIN that OUR GOD allows into our lives is meant to help us grow and trust Him....sometimes things happen in our lives that truly change who we are forever...HE never leaves us but will sometimes "get quiet" and let us realize that HE is taking care of us...even when we cannot feel HIM.....Beautiful testimony that has helped me tremendously....When life hits you HARD...LOOK UP...HE is there and HE loves us so much.

I first heard Kasey speak at First Bossier and I remember thinking, "how do you survive this?" I looked at her with amazement and empathy. I did not have the same challenge, but I know what it was like to watch helplessly as the person you love dies. My fiance died 6 years ago due to a rare bone cancer. I struggled with questioning God and most memorably anger. God then provided me with the man he wanted to become my husband, confidant and best friend.

I tell you this to tell you how humbling and how encouraging Kasey's book can be. I purchased this book today and read it cover to cover. I cried (a lot), I laughed, but most importantly my soul was quenched with hope and encouraging words. Kasey bared her heart and then answered the burning question, "How do you survive?"

My journey through this process is still that, a journey, but I have am grateful I have a God that has never left me. Kasey reminded me in her book that whatever new valley's I may find myself in God is always there to guide me through.

Thank you Kasey!

One of the most frequently asked questions across our culture, by both the Christian and non-Christian, is "why do bad things happen to good people." I suppose our human intellect cannot grasp the tragic events that touch us so deeply. In "God Enough", Kasey Ewing, provides the answer to this often asked question. Kasey and Brad did not have a "tragedy road map" or a template for grieving when they lost Jake unexpectedly. In her book, Kasey walks the reader through her process of continually asking the question "Why?" but healing is answered in the "Who?"

To the men: "God Enough" is not "Lifetime: Television for Women". This book is funny ("Olive on tooth picks"), raw, honest, tragic, and a kick in the crotch. It is a great story of how Jesus works in our lives. Kasey provides a number of opportunities to review the life of Job and how that very old story is relevant today. I greatly appreciate Kasey and Brad allowing us to see their real lives when bad things happen to good people. Great read!!

I read this book in one day. It inspired me to look at and change my life. I cannot express how grateful I am to Kasey for being able to share such faith through a tragedy that no one should ever have to go through. Through reading this book, I was able to honestly look at my life and see where I needed to depend more on God and less on myself. Thank you Kasey for loving the Lord enough to share with us what His will is! As a parent of a baby born too early it taught me to turn to Him for strength to get through the down times and to praise Him for everything we have experienced with our daughter.
