Definitely worth the read. However, don't let the 700+ pages fool you. There is much repetition as each argument is presented as a chapter and intended to be stand-alone. Overall, it is mostly well argued with many good points so why only three stars? I did not enjoy the repetition. Some of the appendices are actually more interesting than the book.
The weight of the scientific evidence is so overwhelmingly in favor of God's existence that atheists have had to result to the desperate measure of postulating an infinite number of universes to escape the conclusion that God is the best explanation for the origin and fine-tuning of our universe. In this book, after introducing the reader to the Cosmological and Fine-Tuning Arguments, physicist John M. Kinson shows various reasons why the multiple universe attempts by detractors of the arguments fail to escape their conclusion. Kinson shows that not only does the multiverse fail as a scientific hypothesis (as there is no evidence whatsoever that any universe besides ours exists), but also that it is the worst violation of the scientific principle of Ockam's Razor ever conceived. Furthermore, if it were accepted as valid, it would destroy all grounds for rationality and probabilistic reasoning.
This book has most answers to questions that most people ask when choosing whether to believe in God or not. Coming from experience I am a Christ follower. It took me many years to believe with all the evil not only in the world but just from my own life experiences. This book opens the door to the non believer as well as the believers. This book uses scientific evidence to help prove to those who are set on evolution that God does exist.
If you've ever had any questions about truth, religion, or why we are here, this is a great book for you. The honestly in this book is radical. I love the heart of the author and the way he communicates his knowledge. I will definitely be reading more of his books very soon! Because the truth to mater is this book is amazing lots of learning.
