Customer reviews
This product was released on April 20th. I know that’s a long time ago and I do not expect this review to change anything, but I’ve recently become fed up with Amazon’s quality control on the goods shipped and sold by them, so I’ve decided to finally write out this review. This was a $150 special preorder of a game that sold for only $60 itself.Note the time stamp in the screen shot, it’s April 20th. Some scumbag working at Amazon took a damaged product and willing shipped it to me with no regards for how that would impact my experience as a customer and a long-time fan of this game franchise. I don’t think an Amazon warehouse being literally 10 mins from my house really impacts this but I’m deducting points for that anyway. You had one job, bro. I have patiently waited years for this game from the moment I beat God of War 3 and I had to put up with this?! I actually tried to return this game within the 30 days but how am I supposed to return a game I preordered for the special in-game items and also not play it upon getting home that night? Do you really expect a diehard fan to wait an additional two days for a replacement to arrive? That this special edition went on sale recently for $60 only adds fuel to the fire. I paid $150 for this game and I have to stare at that broken box every time I go to turn on my ps4. I haven’t even touched any of the cool things that came with the game. Receiving a damaged box permanently ruined the experience of this special edition. At least I enjoyed played the actual game. I have other photos but I feel like one is enough for this review. The rest I will save for registering a direct complaint with Amazon.
