Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Leavening (Baking Soda, Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate), Malt Powder, Salt, Sugar, Buttermilk, Artificial Flavor.
Pancakes: 1 Cup Golden Malted Flour; 1 Egg; 3/4 Cup whole milk or buttermilk; 1 Tb. melted butter. Beat eggs and liquid together. Add flour and mix well. Stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly. Ladle onto 350 degree F griddle. Flip when air bubbles begin to pop (makes approximately 5 - 6 plate size pancakes). Waffles: 1 Cup Golden Malted Flour; 1 Egg; 5/8 Cup water; 2 Tbs. melted butter. Beat eggs and liquid together. Add flour and mix well. Stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly. Ladle onto hot waffle iron and remove when golden brown (makes approximately 3 - 4 waffles depending on size of waffle baker).
