I have used this shampoo for years. The consistency has always been very thick and creamy. This is the first time I order this product online and from this vendor. For some reason, the shampoo this time seems to be mixed with water or something. It is very thin and watery. I plan to call the company directly to find out if it was defective (their mistake) or somebody tampered with the bottle.

My hairdresser insisted that I start using this Goldwell kerasilk shampoo and treatment (conditioner) because my color treated hair was damaged and dry. My hair has some curl to it, but it would show some frizz. The Goldwell products have completely conditioned, strengthened and holds down the frizz. Also, when my hair was so dry, it was breaking off or flight gets out. I have very little fallout since using these products, .you hair is very healthy.

This is the first step to silky shiny hair. I have made a post on the Ultra Rich Care Treatment which I recommend you use after this shampoo. Very good for your hair. I have damaged, color treated hair and my step-mom gave me some of this as a gift. I have been buying it for 10 years now because it is the only product that actually works for me. It has a low alcohol content which is a good thing since alcohol dries out your hair and skin. Please give this a try but also try the ultra rich care treatment.

As others have said...it arrived partially full-no leakage. And, it was water thin, unlike the same shampoo available at the beauty supply store in town which is thick and creamy. If they are going to dilute it, it shouldn't be sold. I believe that's illegal.

recently i bought the Goldwell Ultra Rich Care Shampoo, only, and it works really well! The smell is nice, like I just washed my hair in the salon, and it makes my hair really smooth and manageable. My hair used to be very frizzy and so messy, but after using JUST the shampoo, it became really smooth and became straighter. I would definitely buy the conditioner and treatment as well. THIS STUFF IS REALLY GOOD! i seriously recommend you to buy it. i'll add another review after buying the conditioner and using the treatment. 5 stars!
