Anyone interested in making thier golf game better should buy this book. Regardless of physical skill it teaches how to train your body by teaching your mind to focus more clearly, enjoy playing, and play more consistently. It uses NLP techniques and is one of the best books on NLP I've ever read. It has loads of visualisation excersises and strategies to elicit the perfect attitude more consistently and with more control. I am actually buying another copy!

I was struggling to break 80 back in 1987. I got this book and broke 80 for the first time by shooting a 5 over 75. I still have the scorecard somewhere. If you don't mind "zoning out" when you play, the techniques of NLP (neuro linguistic programming) are really something. I got goosebumps that day when I saw I was about or 4 over and had "Hogan's Hole" behind me at Lion Municipal in Austin, TX. By the way, there are no golf techniques in the book. Its all about controlling the area between your ears. As they say, golf is 90% mental and the rest is in your head. Good Luck, fairways and greens.
