Well I had a chance to use my Goodcook Pan tonight. I bought it for making Toad in the Hole. When I received it from Amazon I thought it sure is small. 11X7 is smaller that you might think, but I have the pan so I was going to try it. First off it preformed extremely well. I was going to put 5 sausages in a 4 egg Yorkshire pudding batter. It cooked well but didn't leave much room for batter. I thought that this is more like a large single serving with 3 sausages and a 3 egg batter. Easy to clean just wash and wipe. This would work better for 2 servings of Dutch Baby for breakfast. (Edit) Tried Yorkshire Pudding with porkchops and mushroom gravy. Pan performed well although it is too large for a 2 person Yorkshire Pudding. Took out a cooked pudding with spatula, slipped right out. Very Happy. Last thought, it would work well for 3 people. Other pictures are Dutch Baby in pan, bottom of Dutch Baby and with sides.
