This pan works very well for baking brownies that are evenly divided (I can never cut them evenly myself). I usually do spray the pan before I drop the batter in, but it seems to be nonstick. The insert goes in and out of the pan smoothly and has nice handles so that it's easy to drop in or take out. This purchase was definitely worth it for me for those brownie-baking moments.

My 17 yr old used it, and I rinsed it, wiped with a soft brush, and everything came right off. There wasn't much on it though, as the brownies themselves came out beautifully. I definitely recommend this product for anyone baking brownies, or any other baked item you want in portions. I'm going to try cookies next.
