Following the formulation of the vision, there are additional exercises that walk the reader through identifying the steps to achieve the vision. Unlike many books I have read, the author does not abandon you at this point – there are additional introspective exercises to encourage the reader to stay on track, and then to maintain continued focused in further attainment of your personal vision of the Good Life.
Personally, when I pick up a book, I can usually read it back to back in a brief time. It can certainly be done with this book, but trust me; you won’t want to. This is among the most interactive books I have read, and to best leverage its lessons you will be inspired to stop, consider the introspective exercises, and gain an enhanced understanding of what’s truly important, as you define your personal pathway to The Good Life.
method of evaluating what is important and then thinking of ways to make those important elements actually take on reality in my everyday life.
It is well written, easy to follow and a tool anyone can use to begin to make their life more fulfilling. Well worth reading and doing!
