Great book for improving business writing skills. This book is an easy-to-read business writing guide if you're looking for a business writing resource that's going to answer a lot of questions. I really liked all the examples, and the exercises (with answers) were a real bonus. Lots of great advice, and I liked the author's conversational tone. I will keep this handy at the office. GG
Brilliant writer! Great subject. Great Advice. Margaret is a brilliant author and I was so excited to see this book. She's spot on all her points! Thank you. Brandtopia Group
