Let's face it, there are tons of vitamins, multivitamins, herbal supplements, and other bottled goodness out there that we've all been told that we need in our lives to some degree. Good Sense offers many of these vitamins themselves, and usually at a price that's much cheaper than the competition. That's a pretty good reason to look into purchasing their Century Multivitamin/Multimineral supplement. This particular bottle has three hundred tablets, which means you can have the lion's share of a year covered for your daily vitamin intake for under twenty bucks.

I've been taking this multivitamin for over a week now and while I don't notice any great improvements in my health, I can say that a couple of stomach viruses and colds have blown through my office and home and I've avoided both of them.

If you're looking for a daily multivitamin that won't break the bank, check out these Good Sense Century multivitamins.

The manufacturer has supplied all necessary information for online buying, which I appreciate. Not only are the ingredients listed, but the pictures allow the customer to read the table entitled "Supplement Facts" which tells in milligrams how much of each vitamin and mineral he will be getting, and the percentage of the recommended daily amount.

Good price per tablet and a simple way to be sure your body is getting what it needs, a regimen I've followed for years as occasionally I don't eat right. This formulation contains iron, which is not recommended for everyone, and women over a certain age will want to supplement the amount of calcium; both of these are normal in this kind of tablet.

As others have written, it is hard to quantify the effects and value of vitamins. There seems to be a plethora of conflicting information on the usage and benefits of taking vitamin supplements, but whether it be psychosomatic or not, I feel better when I'm taking them regularly and I notice less infections with colds and sickness.

Century Multivitamin 300-Count is an excellent product in terms of the balance of supplements included in each pill, the amount of doses (almost a year supply), and the cost for the 300-Count container. In terms of cost to return, it is hard to beat.

My wife and I have been taking these vitamins for a few weeks, and like them a lot. We are both in our early 40's. These vitamins are easy to swallow, and not too big in size. Some vitamins are the proverbial "horse pill", but these are reasonable. We also like that they have iron...not all vitamins do.

Probably the truest test of any vitamin is whether you are healthier and feel healthier. My wife started coming down with a cold recently. For her, colds seem to last a minimum of 12-14 days. Historically, she has never been a believer in vitamins. She was taking these vitamins at the time, and her cold was completely gone in 3 days. It made a complete believer out of her. I take a multivitamin every day. I either use the Costco brand adult vitamins, or lately I have been eating the adult gummy vitamins. I rarely get sick...maybe once every few years. I like these well enough that I would buy them again, because I've seen them work, they are small and easy to take, and have absolutely no taste. Some of those Costco vitamins taste like you are eating a rabbit pellet.

Anyway, we both like the Good Sense CENTURY multivitamins, and recommend them to anyone who wants to be a little healthier.

$16 (at the time of this review) for a year's worth of vitamins (I guarantee I'm going to miss at least a few days each month, so 25 per month gets me through 12 months) sounds like a great deal to me.

I find this very easy to swallow, not like a lot of vitamins I have tried in the past where I feel like I'm choking it down. I also detect no taste really at all, which I love. So often, I feel like I'm eating alfalfa or something.

I love that the product images on here let you look at the labels pretty thoroughly. I feel really good about taking this -- along with some additional calcium -- on a regular basis.

Do they work? I have no idea. How would I know? But, I feel like I'm taking better care of myself when I take these and that peace of mind is worth it to me.

I'll be buying another bottle next year. And the year after that. And then I'll have to start looking around for a different type. I assume they make one for adults over 50 too.

These Good Sense Century Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement tablets make a great addition to the everyday diet of the average person under age 50 who does not have any special needs or requirements. Compared to the brand-name Centrum Adult vitamins, they offer the same balance of vitamins and minerals but are a bit cheaper and easier on the wallet.

I found the tablets easy to swallow with no after-taste, and have not noticed any changes in my overall daily wellness since switching from my regular Walmart-brand multivitamin/multimineral supplement to the Good Sense Century brand. I do experience a bit of nausea shortly after taking these - as I do with any multivitamin/multimineral I try, this is easily remedied by taking it with some food.

Overall a good value and a good product - proof that just because there isn't a brand name on the label does not mean can't get quality product and save a little money as well.
