But first, a summary. The material of these shirts is nice and not too thin or too thick, but I would prefer a straight hem. They are very soft and look nice. My stats are 6'3", 183lbs, athletic build with long arms. The sleeves hit nicely and the chest/shoulders/waist are all adequate. I would prefer more tapering in the waist and the hips, especially the hips.
The major drawback of these shirts is that they are made to be worn tucked in, and they have low armholes. They are too long to look stylish untucked and the hips are too big. If you are muscular in the chest and tall, I recommend made- to-measure shirts for higher quality and roughly the same price. If you are skinny and short, I recommend extra slims shirts off the rack. If you are not skinny and not muscular, then buy any shirt off the rack, just not this one.
Measurements from a size Medium:
Collar: 15.5", roughly
Armholes: 22", roughly
Sleeves: 35", or 26" plus yoke
So here is the problem. I wear Medium (rarely), Large or Extra-Large depending on the style and manufacturer of the shirt. It makes me crazy! I have a 17 1/2 neck but a slender build. If I buy and XL dress shirt I almost always have to have them taken in. Sometimes they cut up to 5 inches out of the shirt. For casual shirts I have learned to sew and take them in myself. I am desperately trying to find the perfect casual slim fit shirt that I do not need to alter. I had hoped this was the one.
I ordered this shirt in L and XL. The Large was slightly too small around the belly. It made me look like I had a small baby bump. Being a guy, that is not the best look. The Large fits OK, but the selves are way too long. Also the X-large is still slightly baggy. Definitely more baggy than I like.
I will be returning both the L and XL and continue my quest to find a slim cut shirt that fits ME. This shirt is nice and a great value. If this shirt fit me correctly, I would order ten more without hesitation. You owe it to yourself to see if this works for you. I wish one day there was an international standard on clothing sizes. But I doubt that will ever happen.
The images below are for an Extra-Large. I am 6' tall and about 195lbs and big boned. The body fit is almost good, but the selves are ridiculously long.

I'm hooked. I plan to buy out the styles before the rest of you do.
- The fabric is heavier than most of my other oxfords (Banana Republic, J. Crew, Club Monaco, etc.). Keep that in mind if you like to wear undershirts or plan on wearing that in warm weather. Early days, the quality seems good because of that heavier fabric.
- It's truly a slim fit, and seemed to shrink a little bit after first wash. Keep that in mind after you get it out of the packaging if it looks a little big. It's comparable to Banana Republic's Grant fit as well as J. Crew and Club Monaco's slim fits
- It's not a very long shirt - in my mind, that's a good thing since I like to wear my oxfords untucked. It's also more on the casual side
- The purple color look great and matches well both with dark wash jeans and khakis
Definitely would purchase again in the future - might have to get that Indigo for my khakis ...

The material though it’s more like polo shirt material, it’s not standard shirt material and it’s more off-white/cream/ivory than ‘office-shirt’ white comparing it to our white shirts, our shirts are whiter.
Good quality though!
To start with the cut: these are a decent slim fit, though they could stand to be a little larger in the shoulders, a little smaller around the waist, and much smaller around the shirttail. I'm 5'9, 170lbs and a 15.5/34 in most dress shirts, and the size Medium fit as well as the cut allows. They're too long to wear untucked, and they're also too baggy to wear untucked - there's extra bagginess around the tail that doesn't match the slim fit around the shoulders, and they need some pants to reel in the fit.
The fabric is much better than I'd expected at this price, but is definitely on the casual end of the spectrum. It's a thick, soft cotton more like what you'd expect from a flannel shirt, and isn't anything I'd wear under a blazer or pair with a tie. It's also emphatically not a non-iron shirt, though the material being so thick means that wrinkles aren't too terrible.
So, in sum? It's a casual shirt that can't be dressed up too much, but also can't be worn untucked or open or otherwise dressed down. If your business dress code is a button-down shirt tucked into jeans, then this is perfect for you. If it's literally anything else, then I'm not sure what you'd do with this.
