I've always had great treadware and performance from GY Wranglers

I needed to replace a set of TOYO Open Country HTs on our 2009 GMC ACADIA. I've always had great treadware and performance from GY Wranglers. I had seen these online, and went into a BIG chain Tire shop to see them and have them put on if they had them in stock. For starters when I inquired at one of the BIG tire chains here in Michigan, the guy told me, "I wouldn't recommend those for an ACADIA." Of course he wouldn't, it's another $400 in sales he'd be missing. All I can say is I'm glad I didn't listen to him. I was a little concerned about the road noise and handling from such an aggressive tread design. However, I'm happy to report that at posted highway speeds and above, the road noise isn't there. The wider 265 has actually improved the handling on our ACADIA, and the traction on snow and ice is unbelieveable. I backed my enclosed, tandem axle work trailer up our snow and ice covered hill of a driveway, and even stopped halfway up before restarting, and barely spun the
tires once when I restarted. You can't beat them for the price.
