Introducing Lollipop, our sweetest release yet
Nexus devices get the latest Android OS updates first, so you have a superior software experience.
Your device, your rules
For fewer worries and disruptions, adjust your settings so only certain people and notifications get through. When it’s important, respond to messages directly from your lockscreen.
Colors are bold, animations are fluid and shapes are richly textured. And the Lollipop experience is consistent across all of your Android devices.

I am quickly falling out of love with HTC. My most recent "smart" phone, HTC One M8, has been a major disappointment. Now I have a Nexus 9 and so far, another major disappointment. It is very slow to charge and way to quick to drain the battery. It is constantly overheating. The upper right back gets almost too hot to touch. I am guess that is where the processor is located.
The size is a bit awkward, just a little too wide to hold comfortably. Many of the apps are stretched to fit the width and are distorted, that messes with my eyes and my mind. The shell has nice, clean, sharp edges, adding to the discomfort when held. The power and volume buttons are set to low, almost recessed, again the shell making them difficult to locate and push.
I give it 3 stars, because I can not give it 2.5. It is barely OK.
I had to change my rating to 2 stars. The more i use the tablet, the less i like it. The speakers are not the same quality as even my M8. The more apps i use, the more the distortion on the the screen as they stretch to fill the Nexus 9 awkward proportions, the more i grow bored with the ill looking graphics. The constant difficulty in locating and pushing the power and volume buttons is getting very annoying. Where were google's quality folks when this was being designed?

It has one hardware issue which is a deal breaker. The graphics card after two months of use broke down. Tab starts to freeze at random with a blurring noise and has to be forced to restart and sometimes it lands in same situation. This is a well known issue and web search can lead to many related posts.
Amazon initially misled me to get a refund from HTC but later asked me to deal with HTC directly.
Finally I approached the HTC service center in Bangalore. And HTC service center is the worst of its kind. And I could see most of its latest model mobile phones run into issues at the service center. And it's staff are duping customers by returning devices after factory reset and without fixing. And they don't update device status for customer support system to reflect accurate status.
I submitted my tablet on November 14 2015 and was finally returned to me returned as of 31 March 2016 after replacing the motherboard.
And call center has no way to get status from back end team. There are no means to escalate the issue
I just learned this a few days ago. Can you send a new battery, this would be greatly appreciated. Or what options available to me.
Cons: It takes huge time to charge. Battery life is average. No expandable storage!
an excellent display, I really didn't notice the light bleed if I hvnt checked fr it specifically
the back cover is really handy gives a good grip to it
so right now I am extremely satisfied with the product and can say it's better any Samsung tab available
However, in the absence of a quick start guide I had difficulty in using the tablet.
Now I am a proud owner of nexus 9!
Also the tablet does get heated after excessive usage.
Besides, its a regular Nexus Table (Value for Money).
Good display and sound quality. Good performance while playing games.
Camera quality is OK.
Battery life is OK. Discharges quickly if being used, but standby time is good.
