This was easy to assemble, and I'm a 64 year old woman with limited tools. I found that it was easier to use a socket ratchet (rather than pliers) and screw drivers for the most part. Only real problem I had was with some of the the middle screws, but that was due to my short arms (not able to fully reach around both sides of the cart).
The Gorilla Cart itself is an excellent product. I've already hauled mounds of mulch, layers of brick pavers, and piles of large/thick flagstones... with relative ease given my age, size, and limited strength... and I didn't use my lawn tractor to pull it! I greatly appreciated the cart's capacity and dumping ability. Saved my back and lots of time.

Ok, I don't do product reviews, I think this is the second one I've done since I started using Amazon in 2005. I bought a home with 1 acre, I went out and had to buy a ridding mower and needed some equipment for the yard. I told my wife"I need to get a wheelbarrow" to move things around and she told me "well the last one you got fell apart", she was right. So, I started look for something that would hold up and maybe I could use with the new mower. "This is by far the best piece of equipment for the money you can get", paid for itself the first day; moved 300+ bricks, 3 piece concrete bench, 2 buckets of rock, and a pile of bush limbs from the front yard to the back. This has to be in my Top 10 best buys. It only took about 30 minutes to put together, the tires do smell strong, but after a couple of days "No Problem"

Appears like it might work very well. It went together flawlessly, was very simple to assemble, with all the parts exactly as described. I have a hard time believing this cart could hold 500 pounds of anything, but time will tell. I will use this cart hard throughout the Summer, and will report back. It will be used mostly on a farm, pulling things by hand. I would have more faith if it was an aluminum tray. I have the sides staked 20", we'll see if it can haul some hay in the next few days.
UPDATED: after 2 weeks of hard use, loaded heavy with soil, hauling it over rough terrain it is holding up well. All the pulling was done by hand, The dump works well and was used as heavy as I could lift. giving it an updated 5 stars

Good value for the money. Easy to assemble with socket set. Wrenches are a bit hard to get onto the nuts in some places due to the chassis interference. Dumping action works well. I added the additional woodwork to increase capacity and prevent logs rolling off the sides. Has been a great help clearing some downed tree branches. I already got my moneys worth just from that one job given the cost of buying firewood. Tows well but because of the front axle swivel can be a challenge to back up if you are used to single axle trailers. At this point very satisfied with the product.

Picked this up when it came on sale right after my trusty old wheel barrow had the container separate from the handles.
Have only had this a few days but I'm already very happy with the purchase. It's the right balance between solid and light enough to not make difficult tasks worse.
After spending about 15 minutes building it, I filled it up with semi-seasoned firewood and pulled it down a hill for a couple hundred feet. It was much easier than using the large two-wheeled wheel barrow I had been using to move wood around. It's also MUCH easier to dump than the wheel barrow was. I'm glad the wheel barrow failed; I wouldn't have picked this up otherwise.

We had a smaller Gorilla cart for years that I picked up for 30.00 when K-Mart was going out of business, and loved it. That thing would haul anything, and everything. One of the tires went flat, and when I started searching for replacement tires, I came across this cart. Bigger, Better, Hauls more weight, Blammo, ordered it immediately. Shipped and delivered within days, and started hauling rocks the day it got here. Easy to put together, and hauls and dumps like a champ. I pull it behind our tractor loaded to the top, no issues. We had 20 tons of misc. sized rocks and boulders delivered and it is the best. Hoses out and looks good as new. I LOVE our Gorilla Cart.

This cart is excellent. The combination handle / hitch is great. The wheels, axles, frame, assembly are also great. The best feature is that is dumps dirt, rocks, etc exactly where you want it. I was wondering why this cart sits up so high. This is what you want, believe me. You can put rocks, dirt, etc down effortlessly. It locks back in place securely and is ready for the next load. This thing saves time. I carried 50 to 65 shovelfuls of heavy dirt in each load easily. I moved 10 cubic yards of dirt behind my lawn tractor all by myself. This cart is also very stable on uneven ground, whether pulling by hand or tractor. I saw the cheapos later over at Home Depot. For just a little more cash, I got something that will last more than one season, if not forever. The air-filled tires are easy on the grass and add to the stability. Have fun!

This cart is amazingly durable and easy to use. Assembly was simple and quick. It does roll very easily, so it'll roll away from you on a surface with ANY slope at all if it's not attached to your mower. Though that mobility is a good thing, some wheel locks would be a nice feature to have now and then. The two pieces of metal which the hitch pin slides through are easily bent from regular use, so I can imagine needing to replace that part at some point in the future. I can't speak on that yet, so I'll reserve judgment. All in all this cart is an awesome value with quality matching or besting others that cost twice as much or more. I never thought I'd be excited to use and own a lawn cart.

Works great. Larger tires on this model are a plus. Disregard older reviews. This newer model GOR6PS was evidently redesigned, according to the manufacturer. It was very easy to assemble. Used a socket set, wrench and screwdriver. The included nuts and bolts are heavy duty and fit openings well. Parts fit together well, wheels turn. Easy to maneuver over the lawn. Plastic body seems okay. Fame is heavy duty, expect this to last a long time. Yes, it is very smelly when you unseal the box. Like walking through a Tractor Supply store, no worse. The smell should dissipate after a while.
