There is a design flaw in the screws/screw holes. The head is shaped like a square so that it fits into the square holes in the poly tub to give a tight fit, but the holes in some of the metal pieces are round and the square parts of the screws won't go through them. So a 1/4 of the screw projects above the fitting rendering the washer pointless. I was hoping to fill the hopper with a bleach solution to sterilize my garden pots, but the pieces that exhibit this flaw leak around the edges and will drip bleach onto my patio and/or yard.

The cart does move and maneuver easily, but the poly tub is very bendy. I didn't think of it at the time, but a fiberglass hopper would have been preferable. I do like its high wheels and dumping capability, but wish I had gone with the pricier, heavier model.

I bought this cart to hold an electric sprayer to spray weed herbicide on my property. So i pull the cart around, spraying weed herbicide when needed. Sounds goofy, but it works great. For me this cart is only for that purpose. I am happy with it, it's strong and sturdy. The tires do have a strong smell out of the box, but nothing you can't deal with. I see this cart will last for years. I guess it would be fine as a vegetable garden cart, but it's not as large as a wheel barrow. But i'm happy with it, I think it's well made and strong.

I needed a cart to haul rocks and to carry a propane tank and this works well. I modified the cart to strengthen the cart and be able to fulfill my needs. First, I made a floor from 3/8 plywood, 13 1/2 inches by 26 inches and bolted it in place. Now the cart has a flat floor. Next, I added 1 X 2 perimeter outside rail to three sides, using wood screws and leaving the dump end as was. Next, I made a 1 X 2 box frame to hold a propane tank upright and bolted it to the perimeter rail using t-nuts on the inside frame.
The cart is now multi-purpose and the floor really improves the cart.
The cart, as is, gets four stars, modified five stars.

I have this cart 3 stars because it has some major pros and cons.

Pros:
Awesome size and very easy to move around. Holds several bags of mulch, etc
Sturdy wheels
Sturdy quality

Cons:
Arrived with two major flaws: the frame was bent and the dump mechanism was manufactured wrong and would work. I could have returned it or asked for replacement parts, but my very handy dad was able to fix both issues using a drill, clamp and other tools. It was a haste, but now that it's fixed it works great.
The wheels stink so bad! Like tire rubber but worse. It's taken about 2 months for the smell to dissipate.

Over all we're happy with the purchase and think it will work well for many different activities.

The bin feels very thin and perhaps to be not the best fit for holding as much weight as the frame is supposed to.
It is also a bit squeaky, even after adjusting the assembly.
We found the off gassing to be intense and have stored it outside and away from our house for about a month now, getting better though.

Perhaps something has changed in the directions or assembly. This was very easy to put together. Two people is the best way to go. If you are unfamiliar with a self locking nut, it cannot be hand screwed on. Have a socket attachement on your drill or your socket set ready plus flathead and this project is no big deal. 7 steps and one of the steps is to flip the cart over. You can do this! Is there an odor? Yes. It smells like new tires. Not a far fetched concept considering u have new tires in front of you. I'm not sure why this is a complaint being that this isn't an indoor play wagon. Odd. Anyway, This thing is full beast mode. Tough as nails. Strong and sturdy. (Choose whichever phrase you prefer) I haven't put 600lbs in it, but I don't doubt that number after assembling and using it.
*** I did modify one thing. As soon as it was assembled, I taped the lower part of the basin (approx 1/3 up from the bottom) and sprayed it with flex seal. It protects the hardware, the basin and looks TOUGH. Similar to truck bed liner.
(See pics)
I would recommend this to everyone. Easy to pull over any terrain and transitions between terrain seamlessly. Great purchase! This would probably cost double at a home improvement store and no way would it be as strong as this one.

It is very handy in the yard, but anywhere there is no paint (on the metal parts) it rusts very easily if left out in the rain. I'd also prefer that the plastic bowl wasn't so flexible. I wish I had gotten a bigger size, but that's my fault. Most importantly, though, it is easy to move uphill over very bumpy terrain when loaded with dirt- I routinely take it up steps on the side of my house.

I was hesitant to buy this because of the reviews on assembling this cart. I should not have worried. Bolts were packed by assembly step (step 1, step 2, etc) so there wasn't any confusion about which bolts went where!

I used a socket set (7/16, 11/16, and 15/16), as well as a wide (thick) phillips screwdriver for the assembly. You also need a needle-nosed plier to finish the wheels.

It took me about an hour to assemble this by myself. I must note that I am 60 yrs old and have had surgery on both hands, as well as one elbow. And I was working in 100 degree heat. So, your assembly time may vary.

I took away one star because the bucket itself is a thinner plastic than I expected. I am not sure how it is going to stand up to the summer heat and heavy use.

The washers on the wheels make a lot of noise. I thought I assembled it according to the instructions. This noise may become annoying when I use the cart. Also, the wheels are rubber, so expect a bit of strong smell for a while. I have latex allergies and had mild skin irritation where I touched the wheels with bare skin (arms).

Altogether, glad I bought it.

I would be dead without it. I needed to move about 2000+ lbs of pea gravel from our back yard to the front yard. Previously I filled up 5 Gal buckets and migrated 16sq/ft at a time. This killed my arms and was taking forever. I bought this cart to save my muscles and it worked. Instead of 50 hard trips, I made about 10 easy ones. I haven't tried the fancier garden carts but this one seems good enough for me.

Pros:
- tough
- dump functionality
- big wheels go over most terrain well
- tight turning radius

Cons:
- assembly is kind of annoying for only having a few steps and bolts. The nuts and bolts are awkward to tighten. You'll see what I mean.
- wow...the tires smell of strong rubber. The smell made my stomach turn.

A good cart overall, but ours shipped with a Flat tire. Three of the tires shipped were full and the other one arrived completely flat. I didn't think much about it when I assembled it, but later realized that even after filling the tire with air, it would be totally flat by the next day. Returning the entire cart after I had already assemble it was out of the question, so I contacted Amazon and was issued a 15% refund which was alright, but after reading questions and reviews there seems to be several other people that have also had theirs arrive with a flat tires as well. The build quality of the Cart itself seem very durable, and I like the ability to dump yard waste from the cart. Now I have to try and find a replacement tire for a brand new cart I purchased and that just doesn't seem right.
