About the Author
Since Baldur was diagnosed as a celiac in November 2006, he and his wife Kristín have converted to a gluten-free diet. Initially discouraged by the scarcity of good gluten-free food and ingredients, they started experimenting with converting their favorite recipes and inviting friends and family over to taste the gluten-free versions. Kristín's profession is the management and coordination of special events and in her spare time she enjoys making new culinary discoveries. Baldur works as a website content manager and is finishing up his Master's degree in Graphic Information Technology. Kristín and Baldur live in Arizona with their two boys, Alex and Aron.
