We received this delivered by UPS with a huge hole in the side of the box and another deep indent on the bottom. It was obviously handled roughly by UPS. After opening it, we discovered there was no damage and were anxious to use the air fryer. The first thing we tried in it, of course, was tater tots. They came out absolutely wonderful, with no great or mess and very fast. We put the timer on for 13 minutes and they were crisped just right from the freezer. Only have had this a few days so we are now excited to try chicken and fish, which we will do this evening. The customer service at Gourmia is outstanding and very attentive. The only thing I have trouble with on this fryer is getting the basket out of the pan. It seems quite difficult to press the button all the way down to remove the basket, but eventually it comes out. Just seems that it should be removed much easier. I am going to give this a 5 star rating even though we have trouble removing the basket, because I think it's a really great fryer and it may just be the one we received that has that problem. I would heartily recommend that every home has an air fryer...so much healthier and every bit as good as a deep fat fryer.

Whenever you cook something in it, it doesn't make the house smell like food or anything which is really nice. The food cooks well and very fast. I'm in love with this product. I love the product. its the perfect size and color, fits nicely into our kitchen. i love the fact that no oil is needed. i'm supposed to cut out cholesterol from my diet but i love fries and fried food in general. this is the perfect opportunity for me to eat and enjoy my food but without the grease. the handle doesnt get hot so you can take the food right out and eat. its non stick and east to clean. its amazing how many different types of meals you can make in this machine.

Both were as close to frying as one can get short of using oil. Chicken did not dry out as it usually does in the oven. It was more crispy than from the oven as well. If you like fried foods, but not the grease or oil this is a great product. It performs as advertised. It shipped quickly and arrived in excellent condition. We’d recommend this product and seller.
