This book is a succinct, honest description of the problem we are facing. A quick read and written with no agenda other than to alert the rest of us to wake up before it is too late. Colonel Murray is well-spoken and couldn't be more qualified to provide this exposition. Of course it contains his opinions, but they are based on facts drawn from first hand experience.

Our constitution is not broken. It has evolved through interpretations of the Supreme Court, and those interpretations have led us to a place where the founders of our nation feared we would be. Their goal was to keep our country from evolving into a totalitarian state and dictatorship. Unfortunately, due to the extended term of FDR and the court packing, socialist interpretations of the court and related factors, that is what is happening. But that doesn't mean we have to accept it. Mark Levin, for one, is trying to start a national discussion about repairing the damage done to our constitution over the decades.

Paid trolls, like Capiche, who can barely string two sentences together let alone a whole paragraph are not people to be relied upon for advice. Clearly Capiche has an agenda to further wreck the constitution, trying to impress us through the use of big words he knows. Liberal elites always believe they know better than the rest of us how we should live our lives.

Read educated and experienced people, like Colonel Murray, then decide for yourself who is right. The book doesn't cost much and it won't take much of your time to read. When you're done, pass it along to a friend or family member who can benefit by becoming alert and awake to what is happening in our country.

So government is the problem? Really? The operating system of the government is the inapt, inept, vague, and incomplete US Constitution. As a devout partisan, the author has a clear bias that undermines his faulty premiss. His description of "what America has become" actually supports the Headline for this review, not "government".

Ironically, he boasts about the military in such lofty terms; a....gasp....government institution. His mention of the "Founders" as this noble entity whose words should be canonized, is also a logical conundrum. Perhaps they assumed that a future country, not controlled by materialism and apathy, would continue the needed amendments in order to enjoy a "more perfect union". Should not the canonization of the US Constitution, which has allowed "government" to become what it is; be looked at as a root cause?

I am glad that we are not still driving model A cars...or using ancient software; because of progress and innovation. Why are laws any different? We are still fighting over the vagueness and inaptness of an out-dated operating system that divides US. The greater blame is on the whole country for it's lack of political will over the last 50 years.....to push for the needed, non-partisan Constitutional and government restructuring....to address the systemic issues..
America, give up the delusion that the greater power is in the people and the elected officials....and stop wasting energy on petty partisanship.

Remember the Constitution sets the boundaries...not the people...nor the governing authorities
laws, well designed or fatally flawed, are way more powerful
