In the first decade of the 21st century, God used the Training for Trainers (T4T) movement to bring two million new believers to salvation in Jesus Christ resulting in at least 150,000 new churches. Ying and Grace Kai have shared these lessons with countless missionaries and church planters, and multiplying church planting movements have emerged from these T4T practitioners. Now Ying and Grace have written down the lessons they learned in their own movement and in life. With personal insights and stories from around the globe, this book pulls back the curtain and shows the lives and life lessons behind the movements that have changed the world.

To meet them is to be infected by their contagious love for Jesus and their passion to reach people far from God. This book is a treasure trove of case studies, principles and practices for people who share their heart for God and the Great Commission.
This book not only shares the story of the Kai's success in sharing the gospel and training up others to do the same, it gives a detailed description of the process by which you and I can do the same. The main thrust of the book is, we need to not only just be sharing the gospel (which in itself is so difficult for many to do), but to be training those who accept Jesus Christ to be sharing the gospel themselves, immediately once they come to Christ, and they will train others to do the same. This very quickly becomes multiplication of disciple making.
Ying addressed very early on in his implementation of this idea of "training trainers" the main obstacles to people sharing the gospel (What do we say? To whom do we say it?), and this book gives great advice/teaching on how to overcome those obstacles and fears. The book speaks to the fact that we are called to "go" into all the world, many people in this world will never set foot in a church, they are not "coming", but we are called by Jesus to "go".
Many cities in many countries have pockets of people that have implemented the main concepts of "T4T" or Training for Trainers, and there are many stories of great success and many coming to Christ that you can read in this book. For this reason, and for the extremely practical advice it has given me for how to share my personal testimony to those God puts in my path, and how to look at discipling those that come to Christ, I highly recommend this book.
