I am a first time mom and this product was recommended to me. I got it on the Amazon Prime Day Sale. I got it for a really good price and I wanted a travel system.
PROS:
- I love the color.
- Very easy assembly.
- Stroller turns easily
- Stroller has cup holders and even a little cup holder for baby on the arm bar.
- Basket seems like a good size in the stroller.
CONS:
- The actual color of the system is quite a bit darker. It isn't that cute bright baby blue. It is more of a dark teal. However I still like the color.
- It is really hard to remove the car seat from the stroller. Maybe I am just weak, but I had to YANK it off (and that's without a baby)!
I literally just got this today 7-21-15, so I will update once the baby comes! So far I seem to like it!
We like the easy breakdown and it can kinda stand on its own folded up (with brakes on).
The wheels are a hard plastic/rubber. Could hurt wood floors if there is wear/tear on the wheels. Can maneuver difficult corners with ease.
Has a strong plastic smell out of box, get early and air out. Smell goes away.
The photos are pink for Helios, but the stroller set we got was actually UGA red, which is fine too. Could be different for other buyers. Factory packers may have mistakenly packaged wrong color.
We paid sale price around X-mas, not sure why the price increased so much.

We realized it has this issue when we saw our boy kind of laying in his seat rather than sitting in it.
I had to take some spongy material and fill it in myself.
The carseat seems so uncomfortable for the baby. When my baby was a newborn, it was so upright and I couldn't recline it enough. There was little support for the head. The latch is hard to get undone sometimes on the base. & it's super hard to get it to latch INTO the stroller and sometimes when I latching, you have to literally pick up the stroller, car seat attached, to try and put it off.
The stroller though, is the biggest let down to me.
Everytime I take it out of my car, the parent tray is unattached on one side and so is the umbrella/hood. Also, all the strap cushions have fallen off which makes the straps very uncomfortable for my baby. It's a pain. The easy fold up is nice but other than that... There is nothing good about this travel system. Spend the extra money and get a britax. I wish I would've done that in the first place.
