The authors are what I call "Gurus in the field". They are experts and really know what they are talking about. The book is well written and easy to read, even for the lay person.
I highly recommend this book if you have CRPS, its worth a try.
I also bought the app for about $7 which will really help you with the mental exercises in the first 2 stages of the process.
