I am SO grateful for this simple technique for checking in with my own needs (gasp! needs??? I get to have needs???) and the reasons behind the choices I make! I'm now reading more on this topic (called "non-violent" or "compassionate communication") including listening to Speak Peace by Marshall Rosenberg, which I also highly recommend. Graduating from Guilt is a quick read and a must-have. I literally bought 10 copies for my sisters and friends!
2. I feel guilty cause I should like this book. It is about guilt. It is based on NVC that i recognise as the Way. It's an official PuddleDancer book.
3. Emapthy, Truth
5. Integrity. Affirmation. Trust. Faith.
6. O When I write this review
F I feel bad since I want to understand guilt, want to understand NVC
N I need a way to see how NVC does not fall short of narcissism and that I can be truely free from my toxic guilt
R That I continue to be VERY critical to nice and easy solutions to guilt.
This books shows how NVC is a sitting duck to narcissism.
