I used to get the spectrum brand palm oil shortening, but in the last year or so it's gotten much harder to find and way more expensive. I ordered this instead because it was cheaper than spectrum with the exact same ingredient. It's a fairly large tub which is great, we use a lot of it. We've got a bunch of allergies so this is our go-to replacement for any butter or fat in baking. It replaces butter perfectly in cakes, cookies, homemade graham crackers, etc. I'm very happy with how this shortening has performed and will probably buy this instead of spectrum from now on because it's a better price. Glad I found it!
