Most of the side missions are extremely boring, making this the most painful game to complete 100% since the topdown GTA1 and GTA2 games. Air Rescue is the worst R3 mission in the entire franchise. You must control a flimsy, easily destroyable, slow as fug helicopter to rescue pedestrians across the islands Vice City, dropping them off at the nearest hospitals (two of the four hospitals on both islands are disabled in this mission for whatever reason). To give you an idea of how the engine was optimized for portable play: This helicopter shows no smoke or sparks when you hit things, it simply bursts into flames when it's been damaged too much, leading to a mission failure. You are also subject to wind turbulence. This side mission takes no less than 2 painful hours to complete.
The second worst side mission is Beach Patrol. You trigger it on the eastern island beach, immediately get into a boat, and the rest of the mission involves a life guard standing stiff as a brick on the bow of your ship lazily tossing life preservers at drowning swimmers along the shoreline using the driveby function. That's it. It takes about 15 minutes to complete, isn't fun and isn't all that challenging.
The most redeeming and welcomed feature in this game is after being busted or wasted, you'll find a pickup nearby that allows you to pay a $2000 bribe to get all of your weapons back. Where being busted in older GTA games used to mean I'd reload my save immediately, in this game being busted/dying does not matter at all.
The second most welcomed feature is the fact that the game keeps track of collectibles for you. The only other game in the franchise to do this was Chinatown Wars, and in both games it's extremely helpful to the player.

this game is better than LCS as it has more side stuff to do as well , replay value regarding the main missions as well is an added positive to this game .
story was insane and the side jobs are quite intriguing to do as there is more to do than it was in LCS
never a dull moment
