Product Description

Grandpa J's Greko Lemon Roast Poatato Seasoning 300 grams

Preheat over to 350°F (oven temps may vary)

1.Wash and peel 3 lbs of russet potatoes, cut evenly into quarters.

2. Mix 1 1/2 cup of warm water, 1/4 cup olive oil, and 1 1/2 Tablespoons Greko Lemon~ Roast Potatoes Seasoning.

3. Place potatoes a large metal baking pan and spread evenly.

4. Pour marinade mixture of potatoes and toss to coat evenly.

5. Bake/Roast in oven till liquid is mostly absorbed and potatoes are soft.

Tips and Hints: Cut potatoes even sized, Cook on lower oven rack. Once cooked, drizzle with olive oil and broil to crisp.

Made these lovely potatoes last night for dinner. I normally wing it and make things on my own or the way I learned by observing my mom in the kitchen for many years. These were made using Grandpa J's Seasonings Inc Greko Lemon mix. Whoever knows my mom knows she’s an AMAZING cook. These passed the Popi taste test. They were so good that she and her husband were trying to figure out how I made these so tasty. They couldn’t believe that I used a ready spice mix. #MyLittleSecret #PopiApproved 🙌🏼

Greek style restaurant potatoes are one food item that I have always struggled to master at home. Now that I have Greko Lemon I love my own potatoes more than any restaurant version. Very easy to make delicious Greek potatoes at home using this product.
