This small pan beats having to wash my larger pan for cooking one egg for my 2 year old. Easy to clean. It didn't look promising at first (see top part of pic) because the egg looked to be sticking (I cooked without using oil or butter as packaging suggested- I normally use oil to cook the egg). As I moved the egg around, it proved to be non stick. I highly recommend for a quick scrambled or over easy eggs. I think you can even fit 2 small eggs!

I tried frying two eggs in this pan and that does work. But the pan is so small that the thickness of the egg whites took quite a while to cook at low temp (to avoid burning). I decided the pan worked best with one egg, so I ordered another one so I can do two eggs at a time. The pan itself is very light, but the handle are light also, so they will not tip the pan over on the stove, even empty. They are so small I plan to nest them and put them in a drawer instead of hanging them. Because of the comments here, I don't plan to put them in the dishwasher, but they clean easily at the sink. The cooking surface is very non-stick. Oh, and with the gas stove I lighted only the center of the burner to avoid having the heat of the outer ring miss the little pan. Worked fine. You could also center it on the outer edge of the bigger burner ring, as pointed out by other reviewers.

Use this every morning to cook breakfast for my husband and our dog, she has special diet needs... cooks quickly and evenly, easy to clean and just big enough to cook up to two eggs at a time depending on the size of your spatula. I prefer one egg at a time to get the perfect over medium egg, but make sure to cook at a lower temperature than you usually would!!! If not your eggs will get scorched! Low and slow will go fast enough to not take forever and give you the perfect egg!

My first time making it with this was the best so far. All the milk absorbed and what didn’t stick to the egg came right off the pan without any oil or butter, I was surprised. I’m not getting paid for the review, i just wanted to give an honest positive opinion. My only issue was it got lost in the Mail the first time.

It’s definitely small! It shouldn’t be used on a large burner on the stove because of its size. The handle will get hot, fast.
The surface is non-stick and the blue color makes it easy to find in the avalanche of a pan cupboard we have at home.
