This book is so full of valuable information. It has information that I did not find in any other book. However, I thought that since it was for dummies, it was be a snap to read. It wasn't as easy to read, but it was excellent. I also think it will be good as a reference book. It is recommended for some of the grant writing classes that I found on the internet. I am also planning to take her class online.

Writers need this book because it has information that may not be found in most of the books. Therefore, I would recommend it for all grant writers to make their collections complete.

I also brought her book "Perfect Phrases for Writing Grant Proposals.

Knowing nothing about grant writing, I found this an excellent step-by-step guide through the process. One needs to grasp the concept before anything can be even considered. This guide will save a whole lot of wasted time in trying to figure out how it works.

I use this as a textbook in my course taught to undergraduate non-writing majors. They really like and use it. Many grant writing texts cost up to $100 dollars and that seems silly when this is the book (under $30) that they will keep on their shelf for reference when the course is complete.
