"Amy's book on gratitude is beautifully written in clear, concise language. She walks you through how she came to a practice of giving and feeling deep "thanks," and tells about the positive impact it has had on her life and the lives of others. My intention now is to strengthen my own gratitude practice, using Amy's book as a guide. Anyone care to join in? " - Author Nancy Rynes in The Spirit Way

I know book can guide you but it's up to you whether you need a guide or not. First of all, you have to make yourself ready for a change of mindset and habits. Then try a book. Though it's tough to change habits but not impossible (I'm possible).
To see the miracles, you have to practice good things until those become your habit.
