The exercises in books that I have read in the past rarely have inspired me to complete them, but this book was different. I made about five pages of notes that I will keep and refer to in the future. In his book, Ged Cusack gives hundreds of examples in various categories of what makes him grateful. His examples and his invitation to do the same inspired me to do likewise. I found that, indeed, thinking about what makes me grateful, also makes me happy. This book is also filled with inspirational quotes and encourages readers not to buy into the "keep up with the Joneses" mentality.--This text refers to the paperback edition.
