I love real food, have lived abroad, and have traveled throughout the States, and I must say this cookbook packs a lot of variety--soups, comfort foods, stews, desserts, gluten free alternatives and vegetarian dishes. The recipes are straightforward and inventive in a non-fussy way. They sound and look delicious. The photos are beautiful, the book is large, sturdy, and very well formatted for ease of reading.
I've been looking at a lot of cookbooks for the Instant Pot and I would rate this as the best I've seen.
Would happily recommend this book, and recipes can be made on regular stove top or slow cooker if you don't have or don't want to use instant pot! In fact, I was making one recipe recently and my instant pot totally failed on me, it didn't seal and I was in a pinch. I just kept it on saute (or could put in pan on stove) and let it bubble away until the chicken was cooked through and it was great!
