I like his method, 1 degree of change using the goldilocks method. Do what works for you.
For example, his food pyramid includes a cup of coffee and the New York Times every morning. That "diet" works for him, along with aikido, rowing, some beginning rock climbing (taught to him in a gym, by his son).
