Looks nothing like the picture. Pictures are likely of a different product altogether. Not sheer. More of a matter grocery bag texture. Rips relatively easily. Ripped it on my first try. Is not right at all. Is very loose on a 14 inch laptop. Bottom doesn't look good.Update: Increased 1->3 stars. This change reflects the customer service quality. The Customer Service is good.
