The recipes themselves look delicious (the few I have tried so far have been so simple to make and very tasty).
The ingredients are mostly very attainable from your average supermarket. The recipes are a great level, not too complicated that you would rarely use them but enticing, different and inspiring and would be easily incorporated into your weekly menu.
Overall it’s the perfect book to spruce up your culinary repertoire, especially if you find yourself in a bit of a vegetarian rut so to speak and wanting to add that extra dimension and depth of flavour to your meals.
As another reviewer mentioned, a handful of recipes don't have pics. I think the photography is beautiful and I've already seen photos on Instagram of some of the dishes that didn't get pictured. Will be cooking from this all summer!
