I had been looking for a new cookware set for a while. Researching all the different chemicals and toxins in non-stick, the durability and life of stainless steel, and even copper. Everytime i found a set i liked i read a bad review and saw pictures that made me second guess. I wanted non stick for sure. My girlfriend made sure i picked toxin and chemical free. And i wanted a complete set...3 frying pans, big pot, medium pot with steamer, and different sized sauce pans and a big pasta style pan. This had it all and the quality was my only question as to my trust relying on reviews and pictures. Despite running into negative reviews i bought this set. Its a bit pricey which was another hurdle but i can attest to the fact that every penny was worth it. First off you have to be a fool to burn or stick something on these pans. They clean so easy as long as you let them cool a little before cleaning, then the pan will stay just as slick. They ARE heavy duty which i was unsure of. Theyre sturdy in the handle. The design and construction of the bottom, inside and handle are 100%. The colors are great too...they look good in any household.

Ughhh... what can I say I keep them because I feel safer using them health wise cooking for my family. But im getting really tired of having stuck on messes and endless scrubbing. I have had this set for 1 year now... hardly old. They werent terrible at first they worked well.but just keep getting worse. If i could afford to get something better i would. Dissapointed. I guess $200 isnt alot for this set... I wonder if their more expensive sets work better. I hate scrubbing these. Its come to the point where I have to toss them. I dont have 15 min to scrub every pan (after soaking)

Im a fan of green pan. I’ve used different models of their pans and these are my favorite. I noticed that a few people are having issues with sticking and carbonization - the best way to help with that is using a melamine sponge (think Magic Erasers). It’s recommended to use the melamine sponge only when you have lots of carbonization with lack of sticking, it should get your pan back to new (or close to it anyways) *Remember to wash your pan with warm soapy water afterwards.

I have found small scratches in these pans from using metal utensils, so I’d recommend using silicone or plastic on these pots and pans. They stack in two piles nicely in my cabinet. The are rather heavy duty and put up with cooking multiple meals every day for almost a year.

Great cook wear, be warned

These pans are great. You use the pans on low to medium heat. I use low heat, and everything cooks fast! The pots and pans sometimes cook too fast. When I make rice, if I forget to put the pot on the small burner, water will spill out of the pot and go everywhere on the stove. This is on low heat. My only complaint is that the pans start to discolor on a gas burner. After a few times, I noticed two of my pans being discolored on the bottom when I use them on low heat. It looks like burn marks. I will be watching this to make sure the pans do not get ruined. There is a learning curve. My old pots and pans I could let my food simmer. With these pans, it will start to cook on low heat. I like the set a lot. I like that everything cooks evenly. I am glad I purchased the set.

Good price and easy to clean, except for the outside.

They are very easy to clean inside after use so love that, however the outside gets - especially the frying pans are continually stained with any use of fats, oil, butter etc and is almost impossible to clean. They look old and well disgusting, so they are always in my skin with a special cleaner that I bought that normally makes stainless steel pans look like new. So far not much luck. I have a wok from the Paris line and have not had this problem so disappointed as I don’t like dirty grungy look. I would not buy these again as I prefer a surface that I can clean and make shiny. I may put these for outside use on the grill as that’s what the outside looks like. Love the inside. My preference. So you can choose depending on your preference.

These are the worst pans I have ever used

These are the worst pans I have ever used. Seriously. Within 4 months the nonstick was good and they had turned black and would start smoking when cooking. I was very careful to only cook ok medium and this still happened. See pics.

Just about everything sticks. I followed the instructions about the low heat. Am I not using the right soap? I tried not to use a rough scrubber but when nothing was coming off I did and still nothing. This only happened to the pans not the pots.

Healthy alternative to Teflon

I had this set for few weeks now. after watching “dark waters” I felt like throwing all my old Teflon pans away. I was then looking for a healthy alternative within my budget. I found green pan and honestly I couldn’t be happier with it. I’m using this set everyday, it is very easy to clean, it doesn’t stick. I’m only using wood spoons to not scratch the coat.
The only thing I don’t like is the weight I feel like they are too light to last forever.

Empezaron funcionando como una maravilla... no se les pegaba nada, no se manchaban nunca. Leí las instrucciones antes de usarlas y he seguido al pie de la letra su uso, no uso llama alta, las lavo con cuidado on la parte suave de la fibra , las almaceno con una protección entre una y otra, etc etc. Pero a la vuelta de 3 meses ya se empiezan a pegar los huevos estrellados, los filetes de pescado entre otros alimentos. Siguen funcionando bien, pero ya no me sorprende como cuando eran nuevos, habrá que ver cómo siguen funcionando en 6 meses más.
