The large pan has a couple of scratches in the bottom; have NOT use metal utensils. Only wash it by hand, do NOT put in dishwasher.

Disappointed that it is only 5 weeks old and now has scratches; especially for the price and that it is advertised as being able to use metal utensils.

Also, the large pan is very heavy; difficult to lift and control when there is liquid or food in it.

This makes my second purchase to add to my Greenpan "collection". Cooking is stick free, easy clean up, even heating, and doesn't have the harmful teflon or aluminum. Not cheap, but will last many years. I also have given them as a gift to my grandson - he loves them too.

LOVE this product. I have the two sauce pans/pots and two sizes of frying pans. Fry an egg an it just slides out of the pan. Make sauces, choux pastry, anything at all and they don't stick. Cleans up with simple soap and soft sponge. No need to scrub. I also have an induction range and these pans work like a pro. LOVE them. Love them!
