Top Customer Reviews
I have the big store 1600 model and a gas 2600psi 2.3gpm model to compare this model too. To start off it is noticeably more powerful with the 1600 model and really gives the 2600 gas model a run for it's money. The gas model seemed to be overkill. Where this model does the job done just as easy, using less water, and easier to handle. I also didn't have to stop every 30 minutes or so to fill it up with gas. Since it's fairly compact it's a lot easier to store than the larger gas one.
I bought this model to power wash the house and wash the cars and it gets the job done no problem. The 25 degree tip provides plenty of power. The system seems to be great quality and design. The storage options really make it simple and clean when cleaning up and stowing it away. I read a lot of reviews on the 1702 model sold on amazon as well because there weren't very many reviews on this particular model. Even though the models look the same they are not. One of the main complaints is that you have to unravel it all of the way out just to hook it up and have to unhook one end when you store it. This one it doesn't have the front hook up because it's installed internally (kind of) meaning that you just hook up the end at the gun and spray (I love this feature). I can leave the system hooked up while it's stored. Seems like this model has the answers to the complaints of the 1702 model. My only complaint is that it could use better storage for the cable. Maybe like the vacuum wrap around hooks. But I easily manage the way it is but it would help a lot. I can go on for days. I highly recommend this product if you are looking into an electrical pressure washer or a pressure washer in general.
Update....So, I have been using this thing ever since I bought it. So, far I have used it for pressure washing the siding on my house, cars, motorcycles, and concrete patios/porch and it has performed flawlessly. After power washing my patios I did almost consider buying the surface cleaner because it would have been worlds faster. Not that the machine didn't have enough pressure but because it was just a big surface to clean. It did...however, clean the surfaces pretty well. Now I have the cleanest concrete walkway and porch on the block. What I like about this particular model vs. other brands is the fact that the components of the sprayer are very similar to any gas pressure washer ie...wand, gun and tips. Makes it simple for replacement parts or extra tips. Where as some of the other brands have there own tips. Oh....and this thing has enough pressure to cut up the back of your hand (speaking from experience. Not my proudest moment) I will try to upload some pics of what this thing can do soon. I don't give 5 stars often.
Will update if I get a better replacement unit.
I received my replacement part from Amazon today. I opened the package and found that my handle is broken... I believe this came from the manufacturer and not from Amazon shipping. Amazon put the power washer inside the original box and then inside another box with paper packaging to cushion it. As I've seen plenty of other users with broken handles from the factory I guess I have the same fate. I'm sure the shipping process didn't help, but with so many complaints of defective handles I'd think the manufacturer would find another way to strengthen their handle, but I guess not. At this point I am very disappointing in GreenWorks products. I really don't want to send this unit back for a third replacement because then I risk another possible issue. I guess I will just duct tape the handle back together and have it look like trash anytime anyone sees it. Otherwise the power washer works great. No leaks or issues with it. Just have to make sure the water is turned way up or too much air will enter the system and continually shut the motor off.

UPDATE: I have now given it 2 stars since Amazon did decide to allow me to return the product for full refund. Thanks Amazon!
However, I still do no trust this product since it had a "tested" mark, but was clearly non-operational.
UPADTE #2: My 2 stars is now back to one since I did not get a full refund. All parts and pieces returned as I had received it. Probably a restocking fee for a bad product? Overall, lost about $35 and a lot of time on a product that did not even work to begin with due to no fault of my own! Beware that if their product doesn't work, it appears you may not get all your money back. I know I didn't.
