It's not me -- it's my wife's opinion you really want. And here's her opinions...What she LIKES:The WEIGHT makes rolling out dough SO MUCH EASIER than with a wooden rolling pin.What she DIDN'T LIKE:The claims made were that the dough would NOT STICK to the rolling pin. WRONG. It still stuck, but just a little flour allowed it to unstick nicely.Wishes the rolling pin came in a wider width (like maybe a 15-inch) to make larger diameter Pie CrustADDITIONAL INFO:I also got her a set of "Rolling Pin Rings" (see picture) that go on each end of the rolling pin (they come in pairs of thicknesses from 1/8 inch to 3/8th inches. Putting these on the rolling pin allowed her to roll out the EXACT THICKNESS of dough that was called for (Pie Crust = 1/8th inch, sugar cookies = 3/8th inch). The BEST, most EVEN sugar cookies she EVER MADE, no thin spots to burn or thick spots to be still unbaked. What she LIKES:
