This is an excellent meter, especially for the price. It is UL listed and has proper input protection and fusing. The meter has a dual display, 10000 counts, and in my experience, is quite accurate.

If you need temperature, crest, or logging capability, you'll have to move up the line. But this covers the most useful measurements (including micro-amperes) and does so well. One caveat - it is quite large and a bit heavy - but it is quite ruggedly built. Mine came with a case and a set of decent probes.

Good meter for the money and it includes nice flexible probes and a case. The Greenlee meter is larger than my Fluke 87V, but is worth it is still worth to have another Cat IV 1KV rated meter on the bench for when working on high voltage tube amps.
