Wow! What can I say about this faucet, not much. This faucet may just be the worst purchase I've ever made. The way it's made, horrible and if you don't get leaking from the lines you must have magical powers. Save yourself time and frustration, find another faucet. Wish there were zero stars for this product!

the faucet was purchased new in May 2018, installed in September 2018, and only now we find out it has a leak on the side of the faucet. However, we have not been able to communicate with Amazon to start an exchange. There is no telephone number to call and system does not allow an exchange apparently after 30 days. Not even a telephone number to call someone and discuss the situation.
I bought this 7 months ago, and like every else I was really happy with it. It looked sleek and appeared to be of good quality. Today I came home to a gigantic mess, the hot water hose had come apart internally and now my floor and cabinets around the sink are wrecked. Bottom line is that you get what you pay for. My advice is to spend the extra $50 and save yourself the heartache in the future.
Save yourself some money and trouble and find a better quality faucet. We bought this a little over a year ago and it needs to be replaced. While we’ve never had any leaks like other reviewers mentioned, we’re constantly having to tighten it so it doesn’t swivel at the base. But my biggest problem with it is the handle, the threading from the post has rusted so now it will no longer tighten all the way, which means the ceramic part, the post, and the cap are always falling off into my sink.
I bought this for a new kitchen right before the Lockdown, which delayed installation past the standard 30 day return window. It won't fit and I can't contact the seller or Amazon directly by phone or email. I'm writing this review in the hopes that the seller or Amazon, one of them, actually keeps an eye on negative reviews and tries to answer. If this isn't updated to 5 stars, you'll know no one ever got back to me and that you, like me, might be stuck with a $46 paperweight if you buy.
Came with a few minor dings, but works great no leaks, looks stunning in our kitchen, function so nicely too. The only thing I dislike is you can’t hook a sprayer to it, we teed off of our hot water to run the sprayer
