Terrible support for a simple issue

I love the line trimmer. Not having to mix gas and oil is a big plus.
The reason for the one star review is their lack of support. The battery has a BCI feature (battery charge indicator). It did not work so I call support. On hold for 10 minutes with terrible music and an even worse connection so you never knew if you had been disconnected.
I decided to send an email to their support group. After wrtiting down all the details I hit submit and was informed it was unable to submit and to try later. I tried two more times with the same results.
Now I am on the phone again with similar results as before. If I am on the phone too long again I will pack the whole mess up and return it to Amazon. This is unfair to Amazon and a PITA for me.
I am hoping Greenworks corporate sees this and can give me a better solution. If that happens I may up the rating. As of now there are many manufacturers of line trimmer that want my business!

UPDATE -
After 45 minutes on hold I talked to a live person. Upon explaining that the BCI feature did not work she talked to her manager and came to the solution that since the battery held a charge they would not replace it. This would be like buying a refrigerator with a light that did not come on and being told "it still gets cold so we won't fix the light".
Again I hope someone in corporate realizes that customer service has value.

Pleasantly surprised after disappointment with another product of the same brand

Long story short, I bought a Greenworks 20-Inch 40V Mower, is ok'ish, you can read my review here:

After attempting to mow my lawn with the above mentioned mower 4 times and only being able to complete the job with the included batteries once, I decided I needed an additional battery. Since my current gas powered trimmer is dying, I decided to buy this trimmer and kill two birds with one stone. The trimmer is awesome. Used twice already, and I can do the perimeter of the house using about 50% of the battery, maybe even less, which leaves me enough juice to complete the mowing. The auto-feed works like a charm. The main complaint I can see someone having is that the shaft is of a fixed length, thus someone shorter may have an issue with it. For me thought, it works great and I can't complaint about that. The trimmer itself feels sturdy, it is very powerful and gets the job done. Pricewise, bought it on sale, can't complain again... Five stars.

Edit: After a year and some change of use, this trimmer is still awesome.

This is a true WEED WHACKER! It's the bomb--it does not play around. It whacks everything in its path, be warned. I love it -- cuts my work time in half compared to my Ryobi whose battery just quit on me. With a replacement battery costing $150, I decided to just buy a new machine, and I'm glad I switched. I think the double line makes a big difference, and the battery recharges in 2 hours. I've been using it about 3 weeks with no problem so far. Be careful not to get too close to plants like lillies with heavy leaves; they get caught in the mechanism and really pull at the motor, probably shortening its running time--and they can gum the whole works up (I used to have to stop and take things apart to get them unwound from the wheel of my Ryobi), but this one just shakes it off if you move it in time. It is long, as some have mentioned, but that means I can reach under bushes easily. I can handle it fairly easily, and I'm a 5' 6", 130 lb, 71 year old woman with not very strong arms. This GreenWorks product is A+ in my book .

Misleading product headline.

It clearly states in the title battery included. The battery was clearly not included which made the product by this seller overpriced compared to other sellers. Pretty irritating because it's a large unwieldy product to unwrap then rewrap to return, not to mention I had to go buy a roll of gorilla tape to keep the box closed. Apparently, down in the text it did state "battery not included", but it just seemed very misleading and a little underhanded to me.
