This short story is a "slice of life" story. Each chapter focuses on a couple previously featured in the Hobson Hills Omegas series.

The Wilsons of Hobson Hills can be annoying and nosy, but they know the importance of supporting one another. When Grey is faced with an intimidating decision, the Wilson clan and their friends join together to show him that he isn't alone.

Author's Note: Approximately 17,000 words in length. The Hobson Hills Omegas series includes mpreg, a million pets, and a very loving family. It is light and fluffy romance with zero angst. The stories take place in the non-shifter Omegaverse. This book should be red after Book Six, Unraveling the Omega.

I have been self-publishing m/m romance since October, 2018 and enjoy sharing my books with readers all over the world. I'm also a reader and I love to read everything I can get my hands on, especially m/m romance. My favorites are mpreg, sci-fi, fantasy, and paranormal. I have four series right now.

1). My Hobson Hills Omegas series is light and sweet non-shifter mpreg. They are novella length (35,000-45,000 words) and angst-free.

2). My Blue Solace series is a sci-fi/fantasy romance and has more action and adventure. The romance, however, is still light and sweet. They are longer (40,000-60,000 words).

3). My third series is called The Silver Isles and is a paranormal mermen trilogy. They are also a little longer than Hobson Hills (45,000-50,000 words) and are low heat and light and fluffy.

4). My fourth series is a paranormal, mpreg series of holiday short stories called Holiday Omegas (10,000-14,000 words). The first few stories follow one couple as they meet, fall in love, and develop their relationship.

Read this short story if you have already read through book six in this series.

This was a great addition to the series. There were snippets from each of the MCs from the previous books and short stories.

The overall story was about the Wilson family once again coming together to help a family member. You are able to check in with the family members who have already been in previous books and to see how their lives have progressed from their viewpoint rather than as an aside. There are also answers and solutions to smaller issues or questions that readers may have been left with at the end of the previous books.

This short story is rated 4 stars. The fast writing style and quick solutions are similar to previous books. Gray was able to put together this slice of life style book while keeping to the overall plot and keeping you interested.

Side Note: This short story, which starts after book 6, is worth picking up if you are reading this series.

This was a short quick read in the "Hobson Hills Omegas" series. A publisher wants to publish Grey's kids stories that he writes but he is gun shy because of rejection so he ignores the lady. When Elijah hears about Grey's reluctance he forms a plan each couple recreates one of the books along with their kids. This was a good read I like all the couples but I think my favorite on is Ernie and Rueben they are figuring it out with twins and a baby on the way. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.

Short Story Continuations 'Grey's Gift'

While I love the Hobson Hills books, as they grow, I get lost. Too many couples with kids and all their assorted pets. It would've been helpful to have a note before each section to remind us which story this couple referenced. For example, I had to page thru the Amazon selection and read the blurbs to find Greyson and his alpha Harper because this story was mainly about them. (Snow Kisses For My Omega #2)

Grey's Gift revolves around Christmas and reenacting Grey's stories. Family and friends come together to support him and his books. I wondered if each family had a bedroom full of costumes. . . A closet wouldn't hold them all.

The motive is getting Greyson to publish his children's books. I expected a follow up with a phone call to the publisher or a first edition being signed. Something. Nope, didn't happen. But we do get a lot of the family and their pets ready to dress up in costume and roleplay. It was cute. Confusing, but cute. - Read on Kindle Unlimited. - Dan's Wife
