What am I not quite as keen on with this stroller? First, weight. It's definitely heftier than the comparable "ultralight" strollers out there. While it has an adjustable shoulder strap you can clip on or remove (a nice touch) the stroller is heavy enough and bulky enough that it's not really comfortable to wear over the shoulder.
Second, there seem to be two slightly different versions of this stroller; we ordered a second one just a couple weeks later (we liked it so much!) and it was the "2017" model, which is actually slightly different - includes a removable cupholder, slightly different frame shape on the bottom, and slightly more square sun shade. Not a big deal - the 2017 cupholder one is actually a nice touch - but would be nice to know which model you're getting.
On the whole, this has been a great umbrella stroller. Definitely recommended. Pictures below compare the Joovy (Red) to the Summer Infant (Green) for improved comparison.
My husband doesn't like strollers in general, but he appreciates the nice features on this Joovy.
We plan on taking this to London next month and I will update my review if it's especially good or terrible.
We've just finished a ten day trip in London, and the stroller was used heavily. Most folks in London don't collapse their strollers for public transport, something I don't exactly understand, but we opted to open/close the stroller for the MANY escalators and stairs one encounters on the tube and museums. The stroller did so quickly and easily, and I had no trouble carrying it one handed while holding big brother's hand. I never used the carry strap as it was awkward and took up too much space in the busy stations.
My boys frequently piled on the stroller together: little brother strapped in and big brother on his knees facing little brother. It didn't look comfy to me, but both kids thought it was hilarious and cozy.
The recline meant the boys could nap easily, and the large canopy plus a snap blanket created a little tent. We often used the reclined seat as a changing table, too. We found the zipper pocket in the back really handy, and we just keep a collapsible bag in the main basket to hold all our stuff, so we could just pull it out when we needed to collapse the stroller (we collapsed it with things in the basket sometimes when there wasn't too much).
The sidewalks of London are not smooth, but I never had any issues at all, even with a full basket, two kids in, and checking maps with one hand.
We don't use strollers much at home, but this was invaluable on our trip and will remain our travel stroller for future trips until little brother is four or so.

The cons? Unlike the Summer Infant 3D for example which has a ‘clicking’ mechanism for moving the seat up and down, this one is a little more difficult to adjust and if you have something in the basket at the bottom, it is difficult to access considering It is directly centred behind the seat. That being said, it should not be a deal-breaker but still something I wasn’t too keen on!
Overall however an amazing stroller which I would definitely recommend!
